The new Fly Kids family entertainment complex has become the second location for the chain in Ivano-Frankivsk and the 28th in Ukraine. Its concept is focused on family leisure and active recreation for children of different ages.
The Ukrainian Council of Shopping Centers (UCSC) was informed about this by the press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), the exclusive broker of A7 shopping mall.

Commenting on the opening of the new park, Fly Kids CEO Kateryna Zalozna noted that the company is actively expanding in 2025–2026. In addition to Ivano-Frankivsk, the chain has recently opened new locations in Cherkasy and Kyiv, including a flagship complex in Promenada Center shopping mall with an area of 5,000 sq. m.

“In the case of A7, it was important for us to become part of a modern shopping mall with a strong tenant mix and high potential for family traffic. This retail property has a good location, an active flow of visitors, and a balanced combination of international and national brands. Today, family entertainment is becoming an essential component of modern shopping malls. Such formats not only increase the amount of time guests spend in the complex, but also create new leisure scenarios and help attract family audiences. In addition, we see Ivano-Frankivsk as a promising city with active commercial infrastructure development and stable demand for quality family recreation,” explained Fly Kids CEO Kateryna Zalozna.

According to her, the park’s main audience will be children aged 2 to 12, although some activities are designed for older children and family entertainment. The new park features a trampoline arena, a multi-level maze, a VR zone, a mini driving town, carousels, arcade machines, and many other attractions. A large family restaurant and banquet rooms for celebrations are also part of the complex.

RDA added that, besides Fly Kids, the A-optica optical salon chain, the GM multi-brand cosmetics store, and several other operators have recently opened in A7 shopping mall.
"Taking these openings into account, the mall’s occupancy rate has exceeded 96%. In the near future, the international sportswear and footwear brand Puma (364 sq. m) and the national retailer of stationery and creative kits for children and adults, Akvarel (433 sq. m), are also expected to open. The company plans to reduce the vacancy rate of retail space in the shopping mall to zero by the end of the third quarter of this year,” said RDA CEO Andriy Lototskyi.
