With Silpo and the Star Jump Childrens Center: A New Shopping and Entertainment Center Krokis to Open in Ternopil

The opening of the Krokis shopping and entertainment center in Ternopil is scheduled for November of this year.
According to the consulting company RDA (Retail & Development Advisor), which serves as the mall’s broker, construction work at the facility is in its final stage, and the handover of premises to tenants for fit-out and adaptation works is planned for July.

The new three-story shopping and entertainment center, with a total area of 8,100 sq. m, will be located on 15 Kvitnia Street in the Soniachnyi residential district. This is one of the most densely populated areas of Ternopil, characterized by a high population density, a significant concentration of new residential complexes, and active housing development.

"Another advantage of the project is the absence of competing shopping centers within its immediate catchment area. In addition, its location on one of Ternopil’s key transport arteries will provide the complex with steady vehicle traffic and convenient access for both city residents and those living in nearby communities. That is why we are confident that Krokis Shopping Center will become a new destination for shopping and family leisure for residents of the region,” said RDA CEO Andrii Lototskyi.

According to him, RDA is acting as the exclusive broker for the project and has already signed an agreement with the anchor tenant — the national grocery supermarket chain Silpo, whose store will be located on the first floor of the mall.
The second floor of the facility will be occupied by the Star Jump children's entertainment center, which will become one of the key drivers of family foot traffic.

In addition to the grocery anchor tenant, the first floor is planned to accommodate checkout-gallery operators, including a pharmacy, pet store, drugstore, and other tenants that will cover visitors’ daily needs.
The ground floor is planned to be divided among several tenants, creating a balanced tenant mix across categories such as home goods, fashion, stationery, children's products, and other retail segments.

Negotiations are currently underway with potential tenants from various categories, including electronics retailers, home goods stores, fashion operators, children's goods retailers, service providers, and other businesses that will complement the concept of a neighborhood shopping center and create a high-quality tenant mix.
