Another retail facility in Mukachevo is due to open in the fall of this year. It will be implemented in the retail park format popular in Europe, and its first phase will occupy almost 9,000 sq. m. of area. Retail Park Mukachevo will be located on the city's bypass road, so motorists will have a large surface parking lot with over 200 parking spaces. Among the tenants of the retail park are well-known international and national retail operators. Including the home goods store Jysk, the electronics retailer Comfy, the clothing, footwear and accessories supermarkets Lc Waikiki and Sinsay, the sports store Megasport and others. In the future, the project involves expanding the retail park and building a second phase with an area of almost 16,000 sq. m.

Another retail park that will open in the Transcarpathian region next year is Silver Park Mukachevo. It will be located at the entrance to the city from the Irshava side - in the historical shopping area of Mukachevo, next to the Silverland market and supermarket, which will create additional synergy and convenience for buyers. It is tentatively planned to place stores selling appliances and electronics, household goods, clothing and footwear in the retail park itself. The developer will begin construction work on the site in June of this year, and in December it is planned to hand over the retail premises to tenants for adaptation. The opening of the retail park for visitors is scheduled for March 2026.

The Road Park shopping center in Lviv will be built on the city bypass road near the settlement of Vynnyky. The anchor tenants of the complex will be a grocery supermarket, a food drive, a food court, as well as clothing and electronics stores. As part of the project, it is planned to build a convenient parking lot, including an underground floor that can serve as a shelter.
