Cropp and House Stores Open at Varosh Shopping Center in Mukachevo

New stores of the Polish fashion brands Cropp and House have opened on the second floor of Varosh Shopping Center. The announcement was made by the press office of Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), the mall’s leasing broker.

"The new stores of the popular fashion brands Cropp and House have significantly enhanced the shopping center’s retail offering with a wide selection of stylish clothing, footwear, and accessories. They join an already strong lineup of tenants on the second floor, including Sport City, Budynok Igrashok (Toy House), Arber, Sezon, and the women's lingerie brands Ajour and brabrabra. This tenant mix allows visitors to find everything they need in one location while making the shopping experience as convenient as possible,” said Andrii Lototskyi, CEO of RDA.

According to Lototskyi, the Cropp and House stores occupy 485 sq m and 483 sq m, respectively. Following their opening, the shopping center’s occupancy rate increased to 95%, demonstrating the property’s strong appeal to retailers. At the same time, RDA continues to actively expand its tenant portfolio across various retail segments and expects to achieve full occupancy in the near future.

The company is placing particular emphasis on expanding its children's retail offering in order to better meet the needs of local residents and create a comprehensive family shopping destination. Active negotiations with prospective tenants are ongoing, and RDA plans to announce the opening of additional stores in the coming months to further strengthen the Varosh Shopping Center concept.

Varosh Shopping Center opened in early April this year at 2 Vasyl Bilak Street in Mukachevo. The property comprises a total area of 8,500 sq m, including more than 5,800 sq m of retail space. Alma supermarket serves as the center’s anchor grocery tenant. Other retailers include Luxoptica, ALLO, jewelry brands SOVA, Love You, and Zolota Kraina, as well as a number of other well-known stores.
