Rivne shopping center Pokrovsky will restart with new "anchors"

Polish fashion brand Sinsay and grocery store Thrash! Thrash! will be the new anchor tenants of the Pokrovsky shopping center in Rivne.

This was reported by the press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as the exclusive broker of the Pokrovsky shopping center.

 

This two-story shopping center located at 1 Knyagini Olga Street was closed back in 2022. Now the developer of the project - the company Rentos Group is renovating the object and preparing to resume the operation of the shopping center with new "anchors".

 

"Taking into account the demand for retail space from retailers in Rivne a preliminary analysis of the interest of network operators was conducted, which indicated the feasibility of restarting the project and the attractiveness of the location for trade. During the renovation of the shopping center we are betting on a fundamental change in planning, updating engineering systems, the interior and the surrounding area. And as of today we have signed lease agreements or letters of intent for all 100% of the shopping center's space," Oleksandr Overchuk, founder and CEO of Rentos Group said.

 

As specified in the RDA company the fashion brand Sinsay of the Polish group LPP and the grocery discounter Thrash! Thrash! will be the main "anchor" of the renewed shopping center. of the Fozzy Group holding. The grocery store will be located on the first floor of the shopping center and will occupy 420 square m area, while the clothing store will occupy the entire second floor with an area of ​​724 square m.

 

 

"Pokrovsky shopping center is well known in the city. Its main advantage is location and compactness. The shopping center is located in the central part of the city, next to the main park, a large office center and branches of commercial banks. The shopping center has a convenient entrance for cars and is located near a public transport stop and a densely populated residential area is within walking distance. At the same time the owner's conscious approach to the selection of tenants will allow to breathe new life into the shopping center and provide its visitors with all the necessary goods", - confident partner of RDA Andriy Zhuk.

 

As the international director of development of the Sinsay network, Anna Marsova noted, the new store in the Pokrovsky shopping center will offer visitors the brand's usual assortment: clothing for adults and children, accessories, shoes, underwear, as well as products for animals, stationery and the home line. The opening of the store is scheduled for December 21 this year.

 

 

As for the Thrash! Thrash! store according to the chain's CEO Artem Bezkorovainy the outlet will present a large assortment of food and household goods of general use, consisting of 3,500 SKUs. The company plans to launch the discounter at the end of November.

 

 

The RDA notes that when selecting other tenants for the shopping center, the company prefers trade operators with a high frequency of customer visits. So, in addition to the already mentioned "anchors", the pool of tenants will include a wholesale price pharmacy, a coffee shop and a pet store.
