The Polish brand Sinsay opened a store in Kharkiv Dafi shopping center

LPP fashion group, which develops Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp and Sinsay brands, continues dynamic development in Ukraine. The company is especially actively expanding the Sinsay network.

A new store of this brand has opened in Kharkiv Dafi shopping and entertainment center at 9 Geroiv Pratsi Street. This was reported by the press service of the Retail & Development Advisor (RDA) consulting company, which acted as a broker when signing the lease agreement for the space in the mall.

"The Sinsay store in the Dafi shopping center rented premises with an area of 1,340 square m. This allowed the company to open a store of an expanded format, providing its customers not only with a wide range of women's, men's and children's clothing, but also shoes, accessories and a collection of home goods," says RDA commercial real estate manager Anna Yatsenko.

According to her with the opening in Kharkiv the Sinsay network in Ukraine has grown to 76 stores, but it will be replenished with new facilities in the near future. According to the Sinsay network development department two more openings are planned in April, and five new brand stores are being prepared for launch in May.

"Now the LPP group in Ukraine unites 190 stores of such brands as Sinsay, Cropp, House, Reserved and Mohito. In 2024, there is a big expansion across all brands, especially Sinsay. We are opening several stores a month and in the future we plan to develop at an even greater pace," LPP clarifies.

In turn, the general director of the Dafi chain of shopping and entertainment centers, Ihor Sklyarenko, noted that in addition to the opening of Sinsay, the Kharkiv shopping center will be joined by several more tenants in the near future. In particular, the opening of a home goods store from the young Ukrainian brand MBM My Home is expected here in April.

"Negotiations are underway for the launch of two more new stores in May. In 2024 we plan to reduce the vacancy rate of the Dafi shopping center in Kharkiv from 10% to zero by opening new tenants that were not previously in our shopping center. We are also in constant contact with McDonald's and Inditex Group. We hope that after some time their work will be resumed in our Kharkiv facility," added Sklyarenko.

The CEO of the Dafi network also reminded that last year such brands as Comfy, Colin's, Brocard, United Colors of Benetton, Parfouis, Intertop, Sketchers, Antoshka, MYplay, Pandora, Xiaomi, Prostor, Colin's and some others resumed work in the mall. Also, new partners were invited to the vacant spaces in the mall, including Eva, Nova Poshta, Rozetka, Wines of the World, Marmalade Jack, and small-format shops.

Due to the resumption of active operation of the shopping center, its attendance in 2023 increased by 50% compared to the first year of the full-scale war. Despite the difficult situation in the city, attendance continues to grow this year as well, which has a positive effect on the object's turnover.

"Increasing attendance at the shopping center is an ambitious goal for 2024, but we are aware that it will be difficult to return to pre-war traffic, because during the times of active shelling, in addition to the general outflow of Kharkiv residents, there was also migration from Saltivka to other areas of the city. But every month we record an increase in traffic, and this motivates us to double our efforts," Sklyarenko summarizes.
