This year, at least five new shopping centers will open in various regions of Ukraine, with seven more planned for launch in 2026–2027.
In total, at least 12 retail facilities are scheduled to open from 2025 to 2027. Among the projects are: TRC Ukraina, Residents Mall, and Riverville in Uzhhorod; Rosvyhivskyi Shopping Center, Retail Park Mukachevo, and Silver Park Mukachevo in Zakarpattia’s Mukachevo; Mayak A1 Mall in Odesa and A7 Mall in Ivano-Frankivsk; Gallery Chicago and Terra Hall in Chernivtsi; as well as Kvartal City and Road Park in Lviv. Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), the exclusive broker for these properties, has shared details regarding the concepts, opening timelines, and expected tenants.

TRC Ukraina

TRC Ukraina is one of the most ambitious retail real estate projects planned to open in 2025. Once completed, the three-story complex will become the largest shopping and entertainment center in Zakarpattia, located near Uzhhorod’s historic center. The project includes a modern cinema, large grocery store, international and national brands, and a food court with a scenic terrace. Both underground and surface parking will accommodate 350 cars.

Retail mix includes a 2,400 sq. m grocery store, 2,800 sq. m children’s center, and 1,300 sq. m fashion store. A gym and multi-level parking are also planned.
