In general, the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor leased almost 700 sq. m in the capital shopping and entertainment center Retroville.
As RDA’s press center RAU informed, the company was a broker while signing agreements with such anchor tenants as the entertainment center Papashon (1,213 sq. m), children's recreational center Papashon Kids (3,070 sq. m), sports supermarket Megasport (417 sq. m), and children's store Budynok Igrashok (605 sq. m). Besides, with assistance from RDA, the first in Kyiv new-format stores EVA Beauty Lab and Ultrashop were opened in TEC. The store of the largest chain drogerie occupied 321 sq. m, and the Ultra Group fashion-retailer leased 420 sq. m for multi-brand shop Ultrashop in TEC Retroville. The latter presents world-famous brands like Levis, Guess, Hugo, SuperDry, Karl Lagerfeld, and Baldinini.
Luxoptika (119 sq. m), It is café (55 sq. m), Inglot (14 sq. m), Luсa Maison (77 sq. m), Terranova (701 sq. m), Avantero (170 sq. m), Duna (62 sq. m), Luna (55 sq. m), Crocs (65 sq. m), and Marmalade Cat (72 sq. m) are among other tenants with signed agreements through RDA. In this way, with the involvement of RDA, the total area of leased location is over 6,700 sq. m.

We managed to attract leaders of Ukrainian retail that means profit for tenants, the lessor, developer, and visitors of TEC.
