As part of the key industry event — RAU Expo 2025, which will take place on June 11–12 in Kyiv, a panel discussion titled "Retail Real Estate Market: New Formats and New Rules of the Game" will be held.
Among the speakers is Andriy Lototskyi, CEO of Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), who will deliver a presentation on the topic:
"Trends in Retail Real Estate and New RDA Projects".
In his presentation, Andriy Lototskyi will outline:
- Key market development trends in the context of a new reality
- Why retail parks are becoming the new market standard
- Which new RDA projects will be implemented between 2025 and 2028, with a special focus on regional development
