Cubi and MyPlay opened in the shopping center OLDI in Zhytomyr.
The tenants continue to fill OLDI’s areas. Nine new stores, including two kids stores, opened in this shopping center. Retail & Development Advisor (RDA) is OLDI’s broker.
Kids retail chain Cubi and MyPlay started working on the second floor. The first one takes the area of 450 sq. m and has become the fourth from the chain in Zhytomyr. MyPlay covers the area of 274 sq. m, being the first in the city and the 15th in the retailer’s Ukrainian chain.
