New Stores to Open at Mukachevo Retail Park

New stores by CCC and Worldbox, as well as a large Nova Poshta branch, are set to open at the new retail park.

This was reported by the press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as the exclusive broker for the retail property.

"The first phase of Mukachevo Retail Park, with a total area of over 8,600 sq m, opened in mid-November this year. However, the occupancy rate has already exceeded 80%. In particular, the retail park has already welcomed Jysk (1,359 sq m), LC Waikiki (1,235 sq m), Comfy (894 sq m), Sinsay (577 sq m), Megasport (577 sq m), Holz (201 sq m), and Andi (142 sq m). In the near future, the opening of CCC (578 sq m), Worldbox (568 sq m), and Nova Poshta (over 580 sq m) is planned", said Andrii Lototskyi, CEO of RDA.

Commenting on plans to open a store at Mukachevo Retail Park, Modivo Ukraine, which develops the CCC and HalfPrice brands, noted a significant shortage of professional retail space in the region and strong prospects for the new retail property.

“Unfortunately, there are currently no full-format shopping malls in this region, and the existing ones cannot meet retailers’ needs for large spaces, as the CCC Group develops store formats starting from 500 sq m (and over 2,000 sq m for HalfPrice). The nearest large shopping malls are located in Lviv, which makes the retail park format a high-quality and attractive alternative. Retail parks offer convenient access, large free parking areas, and effectively meet local residents’ needs without extra travel costs to regional centers. At the same time, the combination of anchor tenants with technical stores, pharmacies, and postal branches creates synergy, saves time, and enhances social interaction,” said Nataliia Smoliarova, Head of Network Development for CCC in Ukraine.

At Mukachevo Retail Park, the company will open a store in a new concept, offering a wide selection of footwear under its own brands as well as licensed and partner brands, including Adidas, Puma, Champion, Kappa, Reebok, Lasocki, Gino Rossi, Badura, JENNY, Sprandi, DeeZee, Nine West New York, Beverly Hills Polo Club, Mexx, Shaq, and Hunter.

Currently, the company operates 18 CCC stores and 7 HalfPrice stores in Ukraine. Next year, the retailer plans to continue its expansion, focusing on growing the CCC network.

“Our assortment is positioned in the affordable price segment, which ensures stable consumer demand given the country’s unstable political and economic situation. Tentatively, for 2026, we have agreements to open around 15 CCC stores and 7 HalfPrice stores, but we are not stopping there and remain open to other cooperation opportunities. Among other plans, we intend to expand in cities with populations of over 80,000 residents. At the same time, we take a very cautious approach to decision-making, treating each location as a separate project and carefully assessing architectural solutions as well as commercial and legal terms,” added Nataliia Smoliarova.

As for Mukachevo Retail Park, the project will also be expanded. According to RDA, the process of approving the architectural and planning solutions for the second phase, with an area of over 15,500 sq m, is currently at an active stage. With its launch, preliminarily scheduled for late 2026, the total area of the complex will exceed 24,200 sq m. The company promises to announce more detailed information on the concept and retail operators that will be represented in the expanded retail park in the near future.
