The first CCC and HalfPrice stores will open in Ivano-Frankivsk at A7 Shopping Mall

The first stores of well-known Polish brands CCC and HalfPrice will open in Ivano-Frankivsk in the new A7 shopping and entertainment center. The launch of the four-story mall with a total area of 10,000 sq. m is planned in the near future.

The signing of lease agreements with MODIVO Ukraine, which develops the CCC and HalfPrice chains, was announced by the press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA) — the exclusive broker of the A7 shopping mall.

"Signing lease agreements with well-known Polish brands confirms that the initial concept of the complex is successful and relevant. The CCC store, covering almost 400 sq. m, will be located on the second floor of the shopping center next to another popular fashion brand, Sinsay. Meanwhile, HalfPrice will occupy the entire third floor of the mall with an area of about 2,000 sq. m. Ultimately, these brands will significantly enhance the complex’s tenant mix and help attract additional visitors to the mall, which will positively affect the foot traffic and sales turnover of other tenants,” commented Andrii Lototskyi, CEO of RDA.

According to MODIVO Ukraine, as of March 1, the company operates 7 HalfPrice stores in the country (four in Kyiv and one each in Odesa, Lviv, and Chernihiv) and 18 CCC stores. The company noted that the decision to open the first stores in Ivano-Frankivsk was facilitated by the launch of the A7 shopping and entertainment center. The mall is located at 57 Halytska Street, in one of the busiest pedestrian and car traffic areas of the city, near the city hall, the central market, and the park.

“We decided to take advantage of the opportunity to open the first stores in a new shopping mall located in the very center of the city, where modern retail facilities were previously absent. In 2026, we plan to actively expand the CCC network both in shopping malls and retail parks, so we are open to new cooperation opportunities. The HalfPrice chain will also increase the number of its stores, strengthening its presence in regional centers. The next HalfPrice openings will take place in a central location in the city of Dnipro and in Bukovyna Mall in Chernivtsi, where a CCC store will also open,” said Natalia Smoliarova, Head of Network Development at MODIVO Ukraine.

In turn, the company blago, the developer of the A7 shopping mall, stated that the official opening of the complex is planned in the near future.

“Currently, finishing works and installation of engineering systems are underway at the mall, and some major tenants have already started preparing their premises on the second, third, and fourth floors,” clarified Tetiana Danchenko, Head of Offline Marketing at blago.

Earlier, in December of last year, RDA reported that the occupancy rate of the mall was about 80%. It was also announced that in addition to HalfPrice, CCC, and Sinsay, the complex will feature a Fly Kids children’s entertainment center (2,000 sq. m) as well as stores from the chains Zolota Kraina, Love You, BraBraBra, Valentina Lingerie, Cherry Berry, Marigo, Mr. Scrubber, Mountea, Smile Boutique, Smartking, a coffee shop, and other retail outlets.
