The first Marathon store in the city has opened at Retail Park Mukachevo

A Marathon sports goods store has opened at Retail Park Mukachevo — the first in Mukachevo. The new tenant has expanded the project’s retail offering and strengthened its position in the regional market.

Retail&Development Advisor (RDA) acts as the exclusive broker for Retail Park Mukachevo. The company’s team is working on building a high-quality tenant mix, enhancing the project’s attractiveness for visitors and its competitiveness in the market.

Marathon is a chain of stores offering clothing, footwear, and accessories for outdoor activities and everyday life. The new store features a wide ассортимент of products from international brands, including Jack Wolfskin, Asics, Puma, Nike, Fila, Adidas, New Balance, Skechers, Merrell, and KEEN.

The opening of Marathon marks another этап in the development of Retail Park Mukachevo. Previously, the following stores also opened at the location:
— the first CCC store in Zakarpattia, with an area of 578 sq m;
— the first multi-brand WorldBox store in the region, with an area of 568 sq m.
The arrival of such tenants confirms the high potential of the location and the effectiveness of the chosen development strategy.
