According to the consulting company Retail&Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as the exclusive broker of the future object, the total area of the new shopping center will be more than 20,000 square meters. m. This will make it the largest shopping facility in the region and bring well-known international brands to the city.
"We are currently finalizing the architectural concept of the mall. However, it can already be said unequivocally that the shopping and entertainment center will be the largest in Zakarpattya. Many national and international chains are showing interest in opening their stores here. The increased interest in the object on the part of trade operators is quite understandable, because it is the first shopping mall of this scale and class in the region, which has no analogues in Zakarpattia today, either in terms of architecture or location", - comments the general director of RDA Andriy Lototskyi.
The new shopping center will be located on Cyril and Methodius Square, on Svobody Avenue, not far from the historical center of the city. The developer of the facility expects that the good location on the city's main avenue, proximity to the center and densely populated residential areas nearby will provide the shopping and entertainment center with consistently high traffic. According to preliminary calculations, the number of visitors to the mall will reach 20,000 customers per day.
The RDA company has already started the process of filling the facility. It is expected that a 2,000 sq.m. ALMA grocery supermarket will open in the Ukraina shopping center. m, format stores of national and international operators, a modern premium class cinema, restaurants and a food court area.
As part of the implementation of the project, the developer uses modern construction technologies and takes into account all the current regulations of the Federal Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, including regarding the inclusiveness of shopping malls and the arrangement of safe and comfortable shelter for visitors. In addition, the developer plans to equip the square in front of the shopping center, which will become a real decoration of the city. Currently, most of the framework of the future shopping and entertainment center is ready, and construction work is proceeding at a high pace. The opening of the shopping center "Ukraine" is planned in the IV quarter of next year.
