On Heroiv Chornobyla Avenue, 1 in Vinnytsia construction work has started on the multi-functional complex Bogun City in the structure of which a large shopping center, business center, hotel and residential apartments will be built.
The press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as a broker for commercial premises of the complex, announced the start of construction of the BFC. As the general director of RDA Andrii Lototskyi said, the preliminary construction period is about three years, and the facility is scheduled to be put into operation in 2027.
"At the same time, we have already started work on the formation of a high-quality tenant-mix shopping and entertainment center, which thanks to its location and modern architectural solutions will become one of the most popular commercial real estate objects in Vinnytsia. In order to meet the needs of consumers as much as possible and to open a shopping center with a high level of occupancy, we have started the process of negotiations with potential anchor tenants in advance and we already have preliminary agreements with a grocery supermarket," said the CEO of RDA.
According to him in addition to the food anchor the shopping center will have an entertainment area, a food court and a fitness club. At the same time, synergy with office, hotel and residential real estate, as well as an extremely good location of the object, will ensure high attendance of the mall.
BFK Bogun City will be located on the banks of the Southern Bug River with a perfect view of the Roshen light and music fountain, the largest in Europe and next to the main infrastructure facilities of the city. Another advantage of the location will be transport accessibility, because the main transport arteries of the city pass nearby: Soborna, Kyivska and Kotsyubynskogo avenues.
The total area of the Bogun City multifunctional complex will be almost 57,500 square m. In addition to the four-level shopping and entertainment center with a total area of almost 25,000 square m (GLA - 14,275 sq. m), BFK will include a 22-story business center (GBA 14,215 sq. m), a four-star hotel with 150 rooms (GBA 6,548 sq. m) and residential apartments (GBA 11,725 sq. m). As part of the implementation of the project it is also planned to build an underground parking lot for 138 cars with a total area of 6,800 square m.
