Tableware retailer Fissman opened a new store in Lviv

Fissman, a chain of cookware and kitchen accessories stores, opened a new outlet in the Victoria Gardens shopping center in Lviv.

 

This was reported by the press service of the consulting company Retail&Development Advisor (RDA), which acted as a consultant and broker during the signing of the lease agreement for the premises for the opening of the store.

 

The retailer's new facility reportedly opened on March 30 and will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. It is located on the first floor of the Victoria Gardens shopping and entertainment center at 226-A Kulparkivska Street.

 

 

"The opening of the Fissman chain in the Victoria Gardens shopping center is another step towards strengthening the tenant-mix of the shopping center with a high-quality offer of kitchen utensils and accessories. Opening a store in one of the best shopping complexes in western Ukraine will allow the retailer to count on consistently high customer traffic and sales. In turn, the visitors of the shopping center will have access to a high level of service and a wide range of products in the Fissman network", comments the commercial real estate manager of RDA Oleg Klopov.

 

 

As the retailer's representatives clarified, the assortment of the new store will include about 1,500 product names. Including pans, pots, knives, dishes for tea and coffee, dishes for baking, kitchen accessories, as well as goods for serving the table, for children and for active recreation.

 

 

The shopping facility has already become the third for the chain in Lviv. Two more stores are located on Volodymyr Velyky, 58 (Auchan hypermarket) and Striyska, 30 (King Kross shopping center).

In general, with the opening of the Victoria Gardens shopping center, the Fissman network has grown to 32 retail outlets in Ukraine and plans to further expand the business. In 2024, the retailer intends to open at least six more stores in the western and central parts of the country.

 

 

Certificate. Victoria Gardens shopping center is the largest shopping and entertainment complex in western Ukraine. The total area of the shopping and entertainment center is 102,000 square. m, rental - more than 57,000 sq. m. The shopping center was put into operation in 2016, and since March 2018 it has been under the management of Dragon Capital Property Management.
