One of the main qualities of a modern person today is a developed Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and the basis of EQ is communication, the ability to communicate with oneself, others, partners, clients and understand their needs and feelings.
The Retail&Development Advisor team underwent training on emotional intelligence, which consisted of theoretical and practical parts. We were helped by Viktor Derevyanko, an EQ expert and researcher.
Training participants considered various cases and learned about:
basic emotions and their manifestation in consulting practice;
development of the consultant's emotional intelligence: benefits and results;
internal attitudes and beliefs to form the right mood for negotiations;
work with stress in conditions of uncertainty;
formation of strategies and a set of techniques for working with negative emotions.
