Reboot: RDA will provide brokerage services for Galeria Korzo Mall in Kolomyia

The Galeria Korzo shopping mall is engaging the expertise of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA) to reboot its tenant mix while maintaining its existing format.

According to the company's press service, Galeria Korzo is located in the center of Kolomyia (Ivano-Frankivsk region), next to the well-known "Pysanka" Museum in Ukraine. The four-store shopping mall is built in a premium format using high-quality materials and finishes. Its total area is 3,000 sq. m, with a leasable area of 2,500 sq. m.

“Galeria Korzo is situated in the historic city center, with a high concentration of customer traffic. The primary catchment area of the mall covers approximately 15,000 people, while the total potential audience exceeds 120,000 residents from the city and nearby settlements within the territorial community. RDA's task in this project is to revamp the tenant mix while preserving the mall's format,” commented RDA's CEO, Andriy Lototskyi.

According to him, the company plans to develop new layout solutions and attract both international and Ukrainian brands to meet the needs of the shopping mall's visitors.

The mall's management expects that engaging a highly skilled external team for mall brokerage will significantly improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, increase visitor traffic, and enhance business profitability.
