Dinner’s network has concluded an agreement to locate three catering facilities in the BC Horizon Park, and also plans to develop a business beyond the office real estate.
This was reported by the press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor, which performed as a broker at this deal. As the director of the RDA Taisiya Litovchenko stated, the total area of premises rented by the company in four buildings of the business center reached 1900 sq.m.
“Three restaurants will be located in Horizon Park BC. In particular, two new disign Dinner’s restaurants with an area of almost 700 sq.m. The menu of restaurants will contain 1200 dishes, the operator will run weeks of national cuisines, and visitors will be served lunchs at nice prices, as the average bill of Dinner’s restaurants is only 90 UAH”, - stated Taisiya.

The speaker of Dragon Capital, the owner of Horizon Park BC, notes that this project consists of four business centers, and the specific feature of this complex is that it is a “closed type" one, there are no numerous cafes, coffee houses, restaurants nearby. So one of the most important components of the infrastructure of the business park is the availability of catering locations inside.
