There are six projects of new shopping and entertainment centers with a total area of more than 180,000 square meters in the west of the country at various stages of implementation. This is reported by the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as an exclusive broker and consultant for these shopping centers.

The opening is scheduled for December 2024. By the end of spring construction work will be completed and in the summer the facade and interior work will begin. The mall will feature an Alma grocery supermarket with an area of about 3,000 square meters, brands LPP, Brokard, Zoloty Vik, Ukrzoloto, other national and international brands. Now, a number of agreements with trade operators and most of the protocols on the intentions of concluding the main contracts have already been signed. The RDA company is confident that thanks to the ideal location, format, lack of competition and tenant-mix of the best brands the shopping mall Ukraine is destined for success.

At the end of the year the launch of the Rosvyhivsky shopping and entertainment center is also expected in Mukachevo, which will be located at the intersection of Rosvyhivska and Generala Petrov streets. This will make it convenient for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Additional visitors to the shopping center will also be provided by the proximity of the international highway Kyiv - Chop. The anchor of the facility will be the Alma grocery supermarket with an area of 1,300 square meters, LPP, Allo, Zolota Kraina, Prostor and others brands will also be presented in the shopping center.

RDA is completing work on increasing the area of the shopping center due to the expansion of the building area. It will have underground parking for more than 300 parking spaces and surface parking for 135 parking spaces. Family Mall will open in two phases: the first will be launched in the II quarter of 2025, the second in 2026.

The construction of the Kvartal City shopping center will begin in the coming months. As part of the implementation of this project, it is planned to construct a building with a total area of 51,300 square meters, of which 12,000 sq. m will be occupied by a multi-level parking lot, another 10,000 sq. m - underground parking. 22,500 square meters will be allocated for the opening of trade operators and for the office component - 2450 sq. m. Also, an I-MAX cinema with an area of about 3,400 square meters will open in the Kvartal shopping center. The developer plans to put the facility into operation in the first quarter of 2026.

This year the construction of the largest in the city and one of the largest in the western region Warshawsky shopping center should start. This is without a doubt the most awaited and desired shopping mall in Ukraine. The RDA company, which created the concept and is the exclusive broker of the object, previously announced that the total area of the shopping center will be 64,367 square meters, including the bus station and parking lot, and another 33,000 sq. m will be commercial. However, RDA is currently improving the concept of the complex in order to increase the retail space, taking into account the excitement of retailers and at the same time plans to make the parking lot bigger and more comfortable. The updated concept of the Warshawsky Shopping Center in RDA promises to be presented at the RAU Expo - 2024 exhibition, which will be held in Kyiv on June 12-13.
Also at the RAU Expo the RDA company will present several new projects on the concepts of which the team is currently working.
