Retail&Development Advisor (RDA) is looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate for the position of Assistant Leasing Manager. If you have initial experience in the real estate market and possess qualities such as communication, responsibility and proactivity, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and management of project document flow.
- Effective communication with customers to ensure their needs.
- Forming reports for analysis of work processes and results.
- Updating the project register and database to ensure their accuracy.
- Execution of current operational tasks of the manager.
- Control of receivables to ensure timely payment.
Requirements:
- Initial experience in the real estate market (advantage).
- High level of communication and ability to work in a team.
- Responsibility and ability to make decisions.
- Proactivity in solving tasks.
