An Epicenter Express store will open in the A5 shopping center in Ivano-Frankivsk

Epicenter Express became the anchor tenant of the new Ivano-Frankivsk shopping center A5, which is being implemented by the Blago development company.

 

As reported by the press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as a broker of retail spaces in the A5 shopping center, the opening of the Epicenter Express store took place on August 10. It was located on the first floor of the shopping center and occupied an area of ​​835 square m, and its product offer will include up to 15,000 articles.

It is interesting that the Epicenter A5 shopping center has implemented a large food department that will be able to meet all the needs of guests of the complex in purchasing quality food products. In addition the company offers its customers exclusive products of its own production (cookery, meat and sausage products, fish products and pastries).

In addition, the store also offers a more familiar assortment for the network: household chemicals and personal hygiene products, children's products, pet products, textiles, tableware, stationery, automotive products, as well as building materials, sanitary ware, lighting, tools, etc.

It is equally important that Epicentr Express will have an Order Delivery Center, thanks to which buyers will be able to purchase any goods from the epicentrk.ua online store and pick them up at the outlet without additional delivery charges.

 

As RDA commercial real estate manager Victoria Podik noted, the opening of a store of the national chain will qualitatively strengthen the product offer of the A5 shopping center. "In turn Epicenter received one of the best locations near the central part of the city: in a new modern shopping center with convenient pedestrian access for citizens, brisk car traffic and developed infrastructure around. All this creates good prerequisites for the successful operation of a retailer in a shopping center," added Victoria Podik.

Epicenter became the first tenant of the shopping center to open its doors to visitors. This shows the company's confidence in the reliability of the developer and the professionalism of the management company, according to Taras Bohdan, head of the commercial real estate sales department of the Blago company.

 

“In the next two months Prostor stores, MTA, Perfetto dry cleaning, dried fruit shop, new modern coffee shop, currency exchange and some other tenants will also open.

The entire first floor of the shopping center is tentatively scheduled to open on October 1. Only 300 square meters remain vacant here. Now the filling and selection of tenants for the second floor, where mostly fashion operators will be represented, is actively underway. Negotiations with children's and sporting goods stores, a pharmacy, a cosmetic boutique and a fast food operator are also at the final stage," Taras Bohdan clarified.

 

As a reminder, shopping center A5 is located on Belvederska Street, 32b and is part of the residential complex of the same name, which is being built by the Blago development company.

The total area of ​​the shopping center exceeds 4,000 square m, rental - more than 3000 sq. m.
