A modern Retail Park Mukachevo has opened in Zakarpattia

Construction of a new retail park, Silver Park, has begun in the city of Mukachevo in Zakarpattia. The tenants of the facility will include home goods stores, household appliances and electronics retailers, as well as fashion operators.

The news was reported by the press service of the consulting company Retail&Development Advisor (RDA), which is acting as the exclusive broker for the project.

"The opening of Silver Park is scheduled for May 2026. It will be located on Tomáš Masaryk Street, on the outskirts of the city in the direction of Irshava. The saturation of the market with quality retail operators in this part of Mukachevo and nearby settlements is low. At the same time, the location on a high-traffic road with convenient transport accessibility, as well as the nearby supermarket, market, and gas station with an already established customer flow, will provide additional traffic to the retail park, according to RDA CEO Andriy Lototskyi."

According to him, the project envisions the development of a classic retail park with a total area of 4,000 sq. m. RDA has already begun forming the tenant mix for the complex, planning to attract several anchor operators (occupying 1,000 to 2,000 sq. m) and smaller-format stores (from 100 to 400 sq. m).

Overall, Silver Park plans to host up to 10 stores of various formats and retail segments, including home goods retailers, household appliances and electronics stores, as well as fashion operators. For inquiries regarding leasing retail space in the retail park, please contact Project Manager Viktoriia Podik at 093 908 64 34 or v.podik@rda.ua

As a reminder, Retail Park Mukachevo recently opened in the city as well. The complex, with an area of over 8,600 sq. m, began operations on November 15 at 21 Andreia Sheptytskoho Street. The retail park already features stores such as Sinsay, Waikiki, Comfy, and Megasport, and several other well-known chains will soon open their outlets, including Danish furniture brand Jysk (1,359 sq. m), door and flooring showroom Holz (201 sq. m), family clothing store Andi (142 sq. m), a flower boutique (94 sq. m), and a Nova Poshta branch (586 sq. m).
