New modern shopping centers will open in Ivano-Frankivsk and Mukachevo

In 2024, two new shopping centers - Rosvygivskyi and A7 - will open in the western regions of Ukraine.

 

This was reported to RAU by the press service of the consulting company Retail&Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as an exclusive broker and consultant for new shopping centers. As the company notes, the A7 shopping center in Ivano-Frankivsk is being built in the very center of the city, in the location with the most pedestrian and car traffic. The total area of the new shopping center will exceed 10,000 square meters. m, and the retail space will reach 7,500 sq. m. m.

 

RDA assures that A7 will be filled with national and international store chains, and its tenant mix will satisfy all the basic needs of buyers. The opening of the shopping center is planned for the II quarter of 2024. At this stage, the work on the architectural concept of the 3rd and 4th floors of the shopping center is being completed, and the 1st and 2nd levels are already ready for the selection of tenants.

 

 

As for the new shopping center in Mukachevo, it will be located at the intersection of Rosvyhivska and Generala Petrova streets. This will make it convenient for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Additional visitors to the shopping center will also be provided by the proximity of the international highway Kyiv - Chop.

 

 

The RDA adds that the work on the architectural concept of the shopping center has already been completed. Its total area will be 5,600 square meters. m, retail - 3500 sq. m. m. The main anchor of the facility will be the ALMA grocery supermarket, which will occupy 1,300 square meters. m. The shopping center will also have surface and underground parking for 128 and 50 parking spaces, respectively. Rosvygivskyi shopping center is scheduled to open in the 4th quarter of 2024.

 

 

"Western regions of Ukraine for a long time remained one of the least saturated with high-quality shopping areas. Now the situation is changing: developers and investors are increasingly showing interest in the implementation of commercial real estate projects in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia and Ternopil regions. After all, this creates a good basis for the opening of new stores of international brands and the development of national trade operators," comments RDA General Director Andrii Lototskyi.

 

According to him, the company has already started forming a pool of tenants for future shopping centers. We will remind you that earlier RDA presented the concepts of five more new shopping centers that will be built in the West of the country in the coming years. Among them are Family mall in Stryi, Kvartal city in Lviv, Warshawsky in Ternopil, Temp in Khmelnytskyi and Ukraine in Uzhhorod.
