Shopping center A1 in Odesa will open in the first quarter of 2025 (+presentation)

The construction of the A1 shopping center in Odessa is at the final stage. The developer is preparing to transfer the premises to tenants in November this year.

 

This was reported to RAU by the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as the exclusive broker of the shopping center. As noted in the RDA, the modern two-stored shopping center A1 with a total area of ​​13,000 square meters (GLA - 10,000 sq. m) is located in the densely populated Tairovo district on Nebesnaya Sotna Avenue.

 

 

"There are new residential complexes nearby, such as Akvarel, Kadorr, Tairov Gardens, Marshal City and others. Therefore, the location of the shopping center is characterized by a high intensity of pedestrian and traffic flows, and the district itself continues to actively develop. According to calculations, the shopping center will attract the attention of about 100,000 people, including local residents and visitors from neighboring areas. At the same time, A1 will be integrated with a 9-store business center, which will add a synergy effect and benefit both commercial objects," RDA commercial real estate manager Victoria Podik clarified.

 

 

According to her, the tenant mix of the shopping center will cover all the basic needs of visitors. In particular A1 will feature a grocery supermarket, hardware and electronics stores, home goods, fashion operators, jewelry, consumer goods, children's and sports goods, etc. A food court with an area of ​​about 1,000 square meters is also planned in the shopping center. m. A ground parking lot with 300 parking spaces will be equipped for motorists next to the shopping center.

 

 

The Akvareli group of companies, which is engaged in the implementation of the project, added that the construction of A1 is at the final stage, and the opening of the shopping center is planned for the first quarter of next year.

 

 

"General construction and facade works are 100% completed, and engineering networks, equipment, elevator management, lighting, escalators and finishing works are planned to be completed by mid-October. Therefore, already in November, we intend to start the process of handing over the premises to tenants for carrying out adaptation works", - said the co-owner of the Akvareli group of companies, Dmytro Parashchyshen.
