RDA offers commercial premises for rent in the capital residential complex 4U

The consulting company Retail&Development Advisor (RDA) became the exclusive broker of commercial premises in the new metropolitan residential complex 4U.

As RAU was informed by the company's press service, this comfort-class residential complex with more than 1,200 apartments is located at 2 Akademika Bulakhovskogo Street, in the Svyatoshyn district of Kyiv. The project developer installed all the necessary communications and commissioned the first section of the complex, 300 apartments have already been occupied.

 

 

At the same time, the RDA company started the process of brokerage of commercial premises located on the facade of the residential complex. All of them have a separate entrance, a front window, a place for advertising and public parking. In one of these premises with an area of 180 square meters opened a branch of the largest logistics operator of Ukraine - Nova Poshta.

 

 

Other potential partners are invited to consider lots with an area of 56 square meters or more to 500 sq. m. with a rental rate from UAH 300 per square m.
