The Retail&Development Advisor (RDA) consulting company relocated its office by renting premises in the Kyiv business center Astarta.
According to the management company of the BC, the new tenant occupied the open space premises with a separate meeting room and a rest area with a total area of about 120 square meters. m.
"The arrival of new tenants is certainly a very positive development in this difficult time. We are glad to start cooperation with RDA company. For us, this is a significant event, which proves the recognition of the quality of BC Astarta as a leader in the Ukrainian commercial real estate consulting market," commented Maksym Oleksienko, director of the management company of BC Astarta, on the deal.
In turn, the general director of RDA company Andriy Lototsky emphasizes that the main purpose of renting a new office was to improve working conditions and create additional comfort for customers.
"It took less than a month to search for a new premises, and as a result, we made a choice in favor of the Astarta business center, which is naturally considered one of the best office facilities in Kyiv. In addition to the favorable location in the very center of the business life of the capital, all the advantages of a class A business center are present here: a cozy atmosphere, pleasant surroundings and the quality of the office itself," says Lototskyi.
According to him, in addition to the mentioned advantages, issues of security and energy independence of business centers became especially important for tenants in the conditions of a full-scale war. As the management company Astarta assures, these issues remain in the focus of the BC management: generators and water tanks have been installed here, and a safe shelter has been arranged for the tenants, which is certified by the State Emergency Service.
"In addition, the emotional satisfaction of residents during their stay in the business center and the opportunity to receive various services is very important to us. Fortunately, the infrastructure operators in BC have not stopped working since the beginning of the war and are constantly improving their service: coffee shops in the halls, restaurants and a food corner in the take away format, dry cleaning, bank and post offices, etc. Such a comprehensive approach to managing the business center allows us to achieve high indicators of the efficiency of commercial activity and reduce the vacancy rate of the business center," Oleksienko says.
According to the BC management, despite the fact that the demand for office premises remains at a low level, the company managed to renegotiate lease agreements with existing partners for a new term without reducing the occupied space. Therefore, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the vacancy rate in the business center has not changed critically and is about 10%.
