This was reported by the press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as the exclusive partner and broker of JTI Ukraine in this project.
The company recalled that this year Ploom X Advanced appeared on sale in retail chains in Kyiv and on the specialized website www.ploom.ua. And the first Ploom brand store in the island format opened in August this year in the capital's Gulliver shopping mall.
As RDA's retail real estate manager Anna Yatsenko said, in mid-October the company launched another Ploom point of sale in the most visited shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv on the left bank of the Dnieper - the River Mall shopping mall.
“Opening new stores in the most popular shopping centers is strategically important for the new brand, as it allows you to quickly reach a wide audience, increase recognition and provide convenient access to products in places with high traffic. Shopping centers such as River Mall attract a large number of potential customers, contributing to an increase in sales, and also create an opportunity for direct interaction with buyers who can receive consultations, try out products and make sure of their quality on the spot,” commented Anna Yatsenko on the choice of location.
In the new Ploom store, you can purchase Ploom X Advanced devices of all colors and the entire range of available accessories. Additionally, JTI Ukraine plans to provide customers of the River Mall location with the opportunity to personalize their device with engraving in the near future.
“For us, not only a high level of service is important, but also new and convenient services for the consumer that will help form customer loyalty and provide a competitive advantage in the market. In the segment of devices for heating tobacco, product quality and ease of use play a significant role, so customers expect not only an effective product, but also a personalized approach, fast service, consultations and support after the purchase,” emphasized Dariya Sergienko, Head of the Development Group for the Reduced Risk Product Category and Digital Technologies at JTI Ukraine.
According to her, the company plans to continue scaling the brand’s retail network and will open several more locations in the most popular shopping and entertainment centers of the capital by the end of this year. JTI Ukraine previously reported plans to invest about $60 million in a new product during 2024–2026.
