The TEC Temp in Khmelnytskyi will provide an area for an active sports zone

The shopping and entertainment center Temp scheduled for opening next year will create an active sports zone on its fourth floor. The RDA Consulting Company, TEC’s exclusive broker, informed that Gymmy from Sportlife will become the zone’s anchor tenant. It will occupy over 1,000 sq. m and provide TEC Temp’s clients with access to highly professional workouts and advanced fitness equipment.

“Due to the Gymmy sports club’s involvement, TEC Temp will stand out, having the best area for professional and amateur sports activities. Gymmy considers progressive trends in the fitness industry, uses the newest exercise machines and hires only professional instructors. We are sure that a club opening will allow attracting more people to TEC. In its turn, the sports club will get extra traffic by means of those working in premises nearby,” Natalia Bortnik from RDA, a project manager, says.

The Altair tennis club focused on professional training of young sportsmen will also work on the fourth floor. As they note in TEC, such a partnership will contain both commercial and social benefits.

“First, we want the tenant-mix in TEC Temp to meet the needs and interests of various age groups of target audiences. Second, we expect our TEC to become the ground for future professional sportsmen’s growth that will praise Khmelnytskyi and Ukraine,” Mykhailo Gvozdyov, a project owner, explains.

Apart from the sports zone, the area for children’s development, rest, and entertainment, and a family restaurant will be located with a panoramic view of the city. In this way, all operators on the floor will integrate sports and casual conceptions of the commercial space, creating an inward-looking life cycle in TEC.

We remind you that a four-story TEC Temp is going to open in fall 2022, at the spot, where the currently inoperative part of the self-titled plant was located in 99/2A Piece Avenue, Khmelnytskyi. The project will have the format of the sports outlet and occupy 30,000 sq. m. At the same time, 18,000 sq. m of the area will be rented. Apart from the commercial element, sports complex, tennis courts, children’s development center, a family restaurant, and A-class offices will occupy 4,300 sq. m.

RDA is sure that these components’ synergy will allow unleashing the full potential of this location and meeting the target of effectiveness on short notice. They also recall that a soon opening of the first McDonald’s restaurant, a long-awaited food operator in Khmelnytskyi, is planned within the complex’s structure. Its presence will provide Temp with more traffic, favoring its ROA and revenue growth.
