Concept and advantages: Varosh Shopping Center became the first modern conceptual and professionally developed retail property in Mukachevo, successfully addressing the shortage of quality retail space in the city. The complex was designed as a unified destination for family leisure, social gatherings, and shopping. An additional advantage of the location is its immediate proximity to the international Kyiv–Chop highway, ensuring a stable flow of transit traffic.
The project demonstrated record leasing performance: at launch, the occupancy rate based on signed lease agreements reached 93%, and after the opening of Cropp and House stores, this figure will exceed 95%. On the opening day, the complex attracted approximately 6,000 local residents, while the current daily footfall amounts to 3,500–4,000 visitors, with significant growth potential following the full launch of the entertainment zone and cinema.
