Anchor operators: Varus grocery supermarket, Comfy electronics supermarket, “Chudo Ostriv” children's entertainment center, KFC fast-food restaurant, well-known international and national brands including Jysk, Sinsay, Bosch&Siemens, Luxoptica, E-zoo, Stolychna Jewelry Factory, Solmar, Farmacia pharmacy, Vyna Svitu, and others.
Concept and advantages: The shopping center is located in a densely populated district of Odesa near new residential developments, providing excellent transport and pedestrian accessibility. The total catchment area of the property is approximately 100,000 people. More than 25,000 people visited the complex on its opening day, while the projected stable footfall after all operators are launched is expected to reach approximately 9,000 visitors per day.
The project's key unique feature is its conceptually designed maritime theme with a strong connection to the city's history. A real 12-meter lighthouse, illuminated at night, has been built on the site, while the building's columns feature depictions of seven other lighthouses from Odesa’s sister cities around the world (Larnaca, Piraeus, Istanbul, Vancouver, Klaipėda, Gdańsk, and Cyprus). The shopping center also features a new unique art symbol — a 1.5-meter sculpture of the Odesa seagull.
