Concept and advantages: The facility is positioned as the largest retail park in Zakarpattia. It has a strategically advantageous location near the Kyiv-Chop (M06) international highway. The location ensures convenient logistics and accessibility for visitors: the distance to the center of Mukachevo is 2.6 km, to the bus station—3.9 km, and to the train station—5.6 km. 

A particular advantage of the property is its unique tenant mix, which attracts brands new to the region. Notably, it was at Retail Park Mukachevo that the international chain CCC opened its first store in Transcarpathia, and the multi-brand sports retailer Marathon launched its first retail outlet in the city.
