Olesya Volkova, who previously worked at the Association of Retailers of Ukraine for more than five years, joined the team of the Retail&Development Advisor (RDA) consulting company.
According to the press service of RDA, in May, Olesya Volkova was appointed to the position of head of the department of integration of services and solutions in the company's retail. Her professional career in the field of retail trade is connected with long-term work at the Association of Retailers of Ukraine, where from 2017 to 2023, Volkova was responsible for the implementation of projects and cooperation with retailers. During this time, she was able to establish contacts with management and build partnerships with the largest retailers in Ukraine.

The high level of expertise, cooperation with market leaders and the implementation of projects significant for the country became decisive for me in making the decision to join the RDA team. She also noted that RDA will primarily be responsible for the direction of integration of services and solutions in retail. Also, her key responsibilities in the new position will include:
- effective management of existing and new projects;
- attraction of new customers;
- external communications.
We will remind you that at the beginning of this year, the RDA company was headed by Andrii Lototsky, known for his work in the management positions of the leading Ukrainian retailers - Zoloty Vik, Union Group, Argo Retail and Allo. As reported, the primary tasks of the new CEO were to expand cooperation with existing partners, create a base for launching new projects based on already existing demand, as well as develop the company through new directions and expanding the range of consulting services.
Commenting on the purpose of recruiting a new specialist to the team, Andriy Lototskyi expressed confidence that Olesya Volkova's experience and skills will be useful to the company on the way to achieving its goals and improving customer orientation.
