The first Budynok Igrashok store in the region will open in the new Rosvyhiv shopping center in Mukachevo, which is set to launch at the end of this year.
The press service of consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as the leasing broker for Rosvyhiv Mall, shared the news with RAU. According to RDA CEO Andriy Lototskyi, the store will significantly enhance the tenant mix of Rosvyhiv Mall and become a strong magnet for family audiences.

“Budynok Igrashok is the leader of the Ukrainian market not only in terms of scale, but also in the quality of its assortment and level of service. That is why we are confident it will provide Rosvyhiv Mall visitors not only with access to a wide selection of safe and original toys, but also with the highest level of customer service. The brand’s presence in Rosvyhiv Mall will also attract additional consumer audiences and improve the key performance indicators of the property overall,” said Andriy Lototskyi.
According to him, the store in Rosvyhiv Mall will occupy 230 sq. m and will be implemented in a renewed format with a wide assortment of toys from global and Ukrainian brands.

Head of Network Development at Budynok Igrashok, Oleksandr Tatsii, added that the company currently operates 65 stores across Ukraine but plans to continue scaling, including in western regions.
“The store in Mukachevo will be our first in Zakarpattia, but definitely not the last. This region has significant potential for development. By the end of this year, we plan to open several more new retail outlets in Ukraine, including in Mukachevo and Uzhhorod,” said Oleksandr Tatsii.
Earlier it was reported that the commissioning of Rosvyhiv Mall in Zakarpattia is scheduled for November, with the official opening for visitors planned for December this year. The mall will function as a unified shopping and leisure space for the whole family — a place to spend time with friends, relatives, and children. Its total area will be 8,500 sq. m, with more than 5,800 sq. m of retail space.
