The purpose of the concept: development of a full-size shopping center of regional importance on the basis of the existing Korabelny shopping complex (GBA 36,000 m2). This implies a full-fledged Shopping Mall with the presence of anchors, a fashion gallery, a variety of goods and services, an entertainment area, restaurants and a food court.

Work carried out: analysis of the state of the commercial real estate market, analysis of the object and plot for development, as well as all other factors that influence the decision-making on the project; development of the preliminary architectural concept of the project, pre-brokerage; preliminary financial assessment of the project, maximization of profitability due to the used conceptual and architectural solutions.
