The opening of a modern retail park in Uzhhorod, located along the Kyiv - Chop highway, is scheduled for the summer of 2026.
This was reported by the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which is the exclusive leasing agent for the scheme.
"Construction works at the site have already started. As part of the first phase of the project, the main retail park building with an area of 3,500 sq m will be developed, together with a sports area featuring football and padel courts, while the second phase envisages the construction of ancillary premises. As early as May next year, the rental units are planned to be handed over to tenants for fit-out. The official opening of the park is scheduled for August 2026," said Andrii Lototskyi, CEO of RDA.
According to him, the retail park will be built on the city bypass road, on the international Kyiv - Chop highway. This location benefits from a convenient transport junction and high car traffic of about 45,000 vehicles per day. At the same time, a large car park for 120 cars will ensure comfort for all visitors to the retail park.
Retail & Development Advisor has already launched the leasing campaign for the scheme. It is expected that the tenant mix of the retail park will include home goods stores, sporting goods and footwear stores, as well as fashion retailers.
