A7 shopping and entertainment center opened in Ivano-Frankivsk

The new modern mall in Ivano-Frankivsk began operations on April 18 in the central part of the city, at 57 Halytska Street. The total area of the four-story facility is nearly 10,100 sq. m, with over 7,500 sq. m dedicated to retail space.
This was reported to RAU by the press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which serves as the exclusive broker of the shopping center.

Among the retail operators already present in the complex are brands such as Half Price and CCC, which have opened their first stores in Ivano-Frankivsk, as well as Sinsay, Marigo, Mr. Scrubber, BraBraBra, Zolota Kraina, Love You, Cherry Berry, Mountea, Valentine Lingerie, Obrana, and others. In addition, a café and a dry cleaner are already operating for visitors.

At the time of opening, the occupancy rate of A7 based on signed lease agreements was about 95%. In the near future, the complex is also expected to welcome the Fly Kids children’s entertainment center and stores such as PUMA, A-Optika, GM, Akvarel, and other brands.

Commenting on the launch, RDA CEO Andrii Lototskyi emphasized that the quality of implementation and the favorable location of A7 ensured strong demand for retail space from tenants.

“The shopping complex has a strong competitive position thanks to its location in the central part of the city, high foot traffic, and a well-balanced tenant mix that includes both national and international brands. It is important that for some operators this is their first entry into the city, which further enhances the uniqueness of the offer for visitors. Taking all these factors into account, we are confident that A7 will become a new point of attraction for city residents and the wider agglomeration, and will continue to draw the attention of retailers considering Ivano-Frankivsk as a promising destination for expanding their networks,” said Andrii Lototskyi.

The CEO of RDA also added that A7 is the third retail property opened with the company’s involvement over the past six months. One of them — the Varosh shopping and entertainment center with an area of 8,500 sq. m — recently opened in Mukachevo, Zakarpattia region. Earlier, in November 2025, Retail Park Mukachevo with an area of over 8,600 sq. m opened in the same city. By the end of the year, at least four more retail projects brokered by RDA are planned to launch. These include the Ukraina shopping center in Uzhhorod, as well as three retail parks: Silver Park in Mukachevo, the second phase of Retail Park Mukachevo, and Park 808 in Uzhhorod.
