Sinsay opens a new store in Rivne Pokrovsky Shopping Mall

This year, the Polish brand Sinsay has significantly accelerated its expansion, opening over 100 new stores across Ukraine.

 

 

The opening of the new Sinsay boutique in Rivne Pokrovsky Shopping Mall was announced by the press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as the mall's exclusive broker.

 

 

“Sinsay is one of the most popular brands of clothing and home goods among Ukrainian youth. This year alone, its network in the country has grown by over 100 new outlets. Such dynamic scaling reflects the growing demand for affordable and trendy fashion, as well as interesting formats combining various product categories among Ukrainian consumers. We are confident that the Sinsay store in Pokrovsky Mall will become a popular shopping destination and will help increase visitor traffic to the mall,” commented Andriy Zhuk, a partner at Retail & Development Advisor.

 

 

He also noted that the Pokrovsky Mall recently resumed operations after renovations. By mid-December it had already welcomed several new tenants, including the THRASH!TRASH! grocery market, Patifon gadget and accessory store, E-ZOO pet store and a currency exchange point.

 

 

“With the opening of Sinsay, the process of forming the anchor tenant pool in the mall has essentially been completed. In January we will be joined by the Equador Coffee café and Pharmacy 911, which will complement the shopping mall's concept as a convenient place for daily shopping. We believe that the mall will become a favorite shopping destination for city residents. We are already seeing good foot traffic and expect further growth in visitor numbers and sales for our retail operators in the coming months,” said Oleksandr Overchuk, founder of Rentos Group.

Sinsay Network Expansion. With the opening of its new store in Rivne, Sinsay's network in Ukraine has grown to 166 locations. According to Anna Marsova, international Leasing and Expansion Director at Sinsay, the boutique in Pokrovsky Mall occupies more than 700 square meters and features a traditional assortment that includes home goods, clothing for women, children and men, as well as a wide range of products for pets.

 

 

“Last year saw some changes in our stores. For example, the home goods section has expanded. New stores now have larger shelves to accommodate more home products. Storefronts have been updated, now completely devoid of mannequins. At the entrance a new table highlights the ‘home’ category, offering unique shopping ideas for trendy accessories and items to brighten up our living spaces,” Marsova shared.
