Key responsibilities:
- Search for tenants and locations
- Conducting negotiations with tenants and landlords
- Support of agreements
- Control of the fulfillment of contract conditions
- Formation of commercial offers
- Managing the customer base
Candidate requirements:
- 2 years of work experience in national retail companies or mall rental departments
- Establishment of effective interaction with clients and counterparties
- Communicability, stress resistance, strategic thinking
- Charisma, experience in negotiations
- Systematic and analytical mindset
- Financial literacy
