- Rent, sale of office property.
- Market research and analysis.
- Work experience in the commercial property sector.
- Availability of an up-to-date database of contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiation, signing of the lease agreement.
- Understanding the office real estate Ukrainian market.
- Sense of teamwork, good communication skills.
- High level of internal motivation, energy, and punctuality.
