The TEC “Nikolsky” will open in May 2021. RDA was a broker when signing the lease agreements with New Yorker, Jack Wolfskin, “Marathon” chain store, ROY ROBSON FASHION, and Betty Barclay.
The brand New Yorker rented 1,550 sq. m, Jack Wolfskin – 107 sq. m, and “Marathon” – 327 sq. m. Roy Robson will occupy 163 sq. m, and Betty Barclay – 176 sq. m.
The children's recreational center Papashon Kids and Budynok Igrashok opened in TEC and business center Retroville. RDA performed as a broker when signing the lease agreement. Papashon Kids took the area of 3,000 sq. m, while Budynok Igrashok occupied 650 sq. m. Both operators are located on the TEC’s second floor.
Zhytomyr shopping center OLDI reinforces its tenant-mix with new operators. RDA is its exclusive broker. EVA chain store, UkrGold, and Yabko occupied the shopping center’s first floor with areas 175 sq. m, 51 sq. m, and 38 sq. m, respectively. The Computer Universe store has been located on the second floor with an area of 90 sq. m. It became the 80th-anniversary store in the retailer’s Ukrainian chain.
