Retail & Development Advisor (RDA) became the winner of the prestigious Ukrainian prize in retail and commercial real estate, RAU Awards 2021.
According to the company’s press service, RDA won the award as the “Best Company-Consultant in Commercial Real Estate.” Companies providing consulting and brokering services in the field of commercial real estate with experience in the trade and entertainment centers, national, and international trading networks were represented in this category.
All the largest consulting companies of the Ukrainian commercial real estate market were among the nominees of the award. These include Ukrainian international giants Colliers International, Ushman & Wakefield, Nhood Ukraine, NAI Ukraine, and UTG.
“Victory in the nomination, where the strongest companies of the Ukrainian consulting market are present, is another confirmation of the effectiveness of the chosen development path, RDA team’s and management’s expertise. We would like to point out that the winners were determined by a vote of the Expert Council of RAU Awards 2021, which included owners and top managers of leading retailers and development, managers of consulting companies, and authoritative experts of the retail market.
The directors of major trading networks like Epicenter, Novus, WOG, Allo, Anthoshka, Foxtrot, Ashan Ukraine, LC Waikiki, Ocean Plaza, Dream Town, Respublika Park, Retroville, Arricano, Budhouse Group developers, and other companies were among the members of the Expert Council.
