The Retail & Development Advisor (RDA) Consulting Company has launched projects of comprehensive support of players on the market of logistic/warehouse and office real estate.
Kyrylo Kravchenko is appointed as the office real estate project manager in the Retail & Development Advisor Consulting Company. In the RDA Company, he is responsible for the representation of interests of office real estate lessors.
In early 2015, he joined the CBRE international consulting company. He has worked there for 5,5 years in various capacities in office and logistic real estate departments. Kyrylo has in-depth expertise in the representation of tenants’ interests and office brokerage. He has the experience of participating in consulting projects, industrial, and elite real estate sales. London & Regional Properties, Forum Group, business center Illinkyi, and dozens of international tenants from the Fortune 500 list are among his clients. With a system understanding of the Kyiv office market, Kyrylo professionally solved problems of tenants, whether it was about an extension of treaties, relocation, the reduction in the area, or market presentation for international tenants. Kyrylo has a Master's Degree in Economics from the Vadym Getman National Economic University of Kyiv.
We recall that Fedir Arbusov had joined the company to the post of Head of logistic deployment before. His experience is over 13 years in Cushman &Wakefield, business center Khreschatyk Plaza, and Masnavi Capital. “After Fedir Arbusov’s and Kyrylo Kravchenko’s appointment, RDA may become a “one-stop-shop” for many clients.
