Zhyto Shopping Center in Zhytomyr

RDA is the exclusive broker and management company for the Zhyto Shopping Center in Zhytomyr.

The shopping center "Zhyto" opened in March 2025 and has already become an important shopping hub for residents of the district. The facility is implemented in the retail park format: stores have separate entrances from the street, and in front of the facades there is a convenient parking lot for more than 150 cars.

Main characteristics of the shopping center:
-Total area — over 4,000 m²
-2 floors and a sightseeing elevator
-more than 100,000 visitors every month

Among the tenants of the shopping center: the ATB supermarket, the Sinsay (LPP Group) and Andi modern clothing stores, the Prostor home goods and cosmetics chain, the Gulia and Obrana lingerie stores from Anabel Arto, the Aurora multimarket, the My Flora flower boutique, the LAPA pet store, the My Myasny fresh meat and produce store, the MOTTI modern coffee shop, a pharmacy, etc.

The location of the shopping center is characterized by dense residential development, active transport and pedestrian traffic, and developed infrastructure, which creates favorable conditions for the development of retail trade.
