The two-story gastro market “KYIV FOOD” will open near the Pozniaky metro station and will become the first project of such scale implemented on the left bank of the capital.
This was announced by the press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which will act as the leasing broker for the gastro market.

“KYIV FOOD is a modern and trendy gastro space with an area of over 8,000 sq. m, featuring both well-known restaurants and new food concepts. We plan to bring together under one roof authentic signature cuisines from different countries, farmers’ product stalls, as well as cocktail bars and restaurants. In recent years, Kyiv has become a city with a developed gastronomic culture and very high competition among establishments. However, on the left bank, this format will be completely new and will have no direct competitors,” said Andriy Lototskyi, CEO of RDA.

The project is currently at its final stage of implementation. Its construction readiness is about 90%, with the launch scheduled for late 2025 – early 2026.
“The project’s concept includes a fresh market with high-quality fresh products (fruits and vegetables, dairy, chilled meat, fresh fish), a food hall with modern cuisine (Asian, Italian, European, and more), as well as restaurants of well-known Ukrainian and international chains. Visitors will be able to spend time with family or friends here, or simply enjoy their favorite dishes alone. The convenient location near the metro station will allow people to buy fresh products on their way home from work or while heading to visit friends or relatives,” said Yuliia Vanchenko, project manager of “KYIV FOOD.”

According to Yuliia, given the location in a densely populated area and the high passenger traffic of the metro station, the project can expect strong visitor numbers from the very first days of operation. Preliminary estimates suggest that on average “KYIV FOOD” will welcome around 20–25 thousand visitors per day.

“Additional advantages of the project will be its location, accessibility, and convenience for both local residents and other visitors. Thanks to a well-designed transport interchange, both pedestrians and drivers will be able to reach the site easily. On the top floor of ‘KYIV FOOD’ there will also be a parking lot, accessible directly from the exit off Bazhana Avenue,” added Andriy Lototskyi.
RDA also noted that the leasing process is in an active phase, with some tenants already preparing for fit-out works. At the same time, one of the main anchor tenants of the gastro market will be announced later, serving as an additional magnet for attracting visitors.
