"After considering all offers, the company decided to rent premises with an area of 664 square meters. m in BC Illinsky. From the first visit to the facility to the moment of signing the contract, 20 days passed, which is very fast considering the large number of negotiation proposals," says Kravchenko.

The top manager of RDA adds that the lessor's reputation, the availability of underground parking, the developed infrastructure of the business center and special commercial conditions for the period of martial law also played an important role in choosing the office. Additional advantages were the proximity of the office to the subway and the presence of a bomb shelter.
