The new shopping center A7 in Ivano-Frankivsk has been put into operation: details

The construction of the A7 shopping center is planned for the spring in the central part of Ivano-Frankivsk - the highest density of pedestrian and vehicular traffic will be located in the city hall, the central market and the park.

 

The press service of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA), which acts as the exclusive broker of the shopping center, informed about this URTC. According to RDA information, the back area of ​​the upper shopping center, which is located on Galitsky Street, 57, is approximately 10,100 sq. m. m, and trade - over 7,500 sq. m. m.

 

Today, the occupancy level of shopping centers is close to 80%. The highlight of the complex will be the Polish brand Half Price (2,000 sq. m) and CCC (392 sq. m), as well as the Fly Kids children's relaxation center (2,000 sq. m). In addition to them in A7 there are stores of such popular brands as Sinsay, Prostor, Zolota Kraina, Love you, Luxoptika, BraBraBra, Cherry Berry dry cleaning Perfeto and others,” said RDA General Director Andriy Lototsky.

 

In other words, the process of shopping center brokerage is trivial. The company plans to enter the complex of retailers of household goods, children's goods, sporting goods, clothing and accessories stores, as well as service operators.

 

Even now, the developer of the project plans to transfer the premises to the landlords for adaptation. The official opening of the shopping center is planned for the beginning of 2026.
