Alexander Krupka became a partner in the direction of street-retail

Alexander Krupka became a partner of street-retail in the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor. The company is confident that his coming will allow increasing expertise in the area of street retail, attracting new customers, and improving the quality of services for the existing purchasers. 
Alexander Krupka joined RDA in August of the current year.
 
“RDA provides a full range of commercial real estate services and works as an outsourcer of the Development Service. My primary goal in the company is to develop and strengthen the direction of street retail, including finding the most efficient locations and premises for customers, the stores’ development, and brokerage. Moreover, we have already started developing a product that will qualitatively improve and simplify the tasks of any retail chain’s development. We will be able to present it to the Ukrainian retail market very soon,” Alexander Krupka commented.
 
Has A 20-year experience in retail and telecom is in Alexander’s portfolio. The top manager focuses on retail development, expansion, and outlet launch. He also has deep expertise in direct and indirect sales channels in B2C and B2B, operational control of retail chains, CEM, and M&A.
 
The Vodafone company was Krupka’s last job (September 2017 – May 2020). There, he led the development of his own retail chain and telecom operator’s real estate, being responsible for the full cycle of the store opening. The latter included the adaptation of the international guideline Vodafone for the Ukrainian market, finding premises and signing of lease agreements, execution of repairs, and shops’ maintenance. During his time with the company, he opened more than 270 personal outlets in malls and street retail under his leadership.
 
He started his career in the Allo chain, where he has worked for over seven years, including 5 years as a Director of retail development. At that time, the company was dynamically developing in street retail throughout Ukraine by opening more than 400 outlets in 110 cities.
 
In 2007, Krupka became the Head of development of his personal retail chain telecom of the Kyivstar telecom operator. In those years, the leader of the Ukrainian telecom market just started building his retail chain, beginning from processes and design to sales management in his own and dealer channels. Alexander worked there for seven and a half years and discovered more than 450 stores, including 85 of his own shops.
 
In 2015, he joined a group of companies of the Golden Age jewelry brand, assuming the position of Development Director. He was responsible for ensuring the entire cycle of preparation of the new outlet for the opening, including finding the shop, its renovation, and maintenance. In two and a half years, Krupka tripled the company’s chain of shops by opening more than 360 outlets in Ukraine and several stores in Poland.
