RDA company summed up its work in 2025

Growth in key areas, portfolio expansion, the launch of new retail real estate properties, and other achievements of the consulting company Retail & Development Advisor (RDA).

According to the press service of RDA — a leader in Ukraine’s commercial real estate consulting market — in 2025 the team succeeded in increasing key business indicators and laying a solid foundation for further growth. In particular, RDA recorded a 40% increase in agency services and a 27% increase in the development of retail real estate concepts.

“I consider this a great achievement, given the situation in the country. Despite the significant number of brokerage requests from our existing partners among developers and retailers, we managed to attract new clients and expand our portfolio, which now includes 29 retail real estate projects of various formats. As for next year, our main priority is the successful launch of our projects within the planned timelines and with a high occupancy rate of retail spaces by quality retail operators,” commented RDA’s CEO Andriy Lototskyi.

The CEO noted that this year Retail Park Mukachevo began operating under the company’s management, and in December the opening of the Rosvyhiv shopping center in the city is scheduled. In 2026, RDA plans to support four more openings: the A7 shopping center in Ivano-Frankivsk, the Ukraina mall in Uzhhorod, the Silver Park retail park in Mukachevo, and the second phase of Retail Park Mukachevo.

Between 2027 and 2028, additional openings are planned, including the Riverville mall (GLA 15,600 sq m) and Residents Mall (GLA 12,200 sq m) in Uzhhorod, Kvartal City mall (GLA 20,000 sq m) in Lviv, Tera Hall mall (GLA 11,300 sq m), and Gallery Chicago (GLA 7,100 sq m) in Chernivtsi. Moreover, the company intends to announce new projects soon in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, the Zakarpattia region, and several district centers across Western Ukraine.

The company also added that this year RDA signed two exclusive agreements for the development of retail chains and will continue to actively expand this area.
