Ex top-manager of Cushman & Wakefield, business center Khreschatyk Plaza and Masnavi Capita has joined the RED team.

 
Fedir Arbuzov is appointed a project manager of office and logistic real estate in the Retail & Development Advisor consulting company. 
 
As RDA’s press service informs, the involvement of highly experienced and expertized manager will allow the company to extend the range of services provided for clients.
 
“RDA is one of the recognized leaders in consulting and commercial brokerage. With the arrival of Fedir Arbuzov, we count on strengthening our competences in segments of office and logistic real estate, attract new clients, and enhance our presence on the Ukrainian market,” Taisia Lytovchenko, CEO in RDA, comments. 
 
As the company clarifies, Arbuzov’s entire experience in consulting is over 13 years. He started his career in 2008 in the international consulting company DTZ (currently Cushman & Wakefield). Then, he managed the department of industrial and logistic real estate in DTZ from 2011 to 2017. In November 2017, the top-manager was promoted to the position of Commercial Director in the Khreschatyk Plaza business center, in which he has been working for 2.5 years. He held the similar position in the Masnavi Capital investment and development Company over the past two years.
 
He will have the following responsibilities on the post of office and logistic real estate project manager of Retail & Development Advisor:
  • Comprehensive support of all players of logistic/warehouse and office real estate market (consulting, analytics, contracts, etc.).
  • Involvement and coordination of BTS project (developer–tenant) participants (contract building) from searching for locations and conceptual design to tenancy and sales.
